We created Bravo Studio- an app-building platform that allows non-coders to build and publish native mobile apps with complete design flexibility, and connect it to any backend of their choice via REST APIs.

About the role

We’re looking for a Support Intern to help empower our customers to realize their app idea and make Bravo Studio the best product possible. This role is available through an agreement with a university / other educational institution.

  • Location: Barcelona or Europe remote
  • Preferred time zones: CET
  • Type: 40 hours per week

As a Support Intern, you’ll …

  • Provide consistently high-quality user experiences for all Bravo Studio users through their app-building journey, which includes using Bravo Studio, Figma, Airtable, other no-code services (such as Zapier, Integromat, Typeform, etc.) and tools/platforms with available APIs to connect to Bravo.
  • Help users via email and forums, using tools including but not limited to Trengo, Circle and Notion.
  • Troubleshoot issues, file bugs, and collaborate with the team to provide an excellent user experience. Identify product improvements based on the user feedback.
  • Actively testing use cases to ensure the quality of the platform, and discover new possible use cases and tools to connect Bravo with.
  • Continuously build up and improve our Help Center with new documentation and tutorials.
  • Advocate for our users and work closely with the Product team to find areas of improvement within our product and services.

About You

You’ll thrive as a Technical Support Intern if you:

  • Have an understanding of how HTTP APIs work.
  • Exhibit analytical reasoning and critical thinking skills for technical troubleshooting.
  • You’ll be communicating a lot with both Bravo users and the rest of the team. Therefore, we expect you to have excellent written and verbal communication skills (English), and the ability to explain technical concepts in a simple way.
  • Knowledge of design tools such as Figma or Adobe XD is a plus.
  • Ability to learn how to use new digital tools quickly.
  • Work autonomously, creatively, and kindly with your teammates. You can start from the common ground as a great listener and work towards creative solutions with others.
