About search and filter

Archived from the Bravo community forum (2021–2026). Some answers may refer to older versions of Bravo.

So I have a search bar working perfectly fine for gym exercices, and I would like so buttons on top/on the side of my page (maybe a pop up) which would automaticly filter something. If clicked it will search for back exercices (which is a categorie in my API) and have multiple search options, so I could search for Back and Legs exercices for exemple.
I hope I was clear enough. Thank you for your help guys =)

Hi Victor, we thought about developing a similar feature and came up with a solution (might not be the perfect one, but it works).

Essentially what you can do is that you can bind each of the filter buttons to the POST request that would've triggered the webhook on your backend. This request should have category ID included in its body and based on that you can filter through the list of exercises.

And then the webhook response is the list of found exercises based on the clicked filter button.

Should you need any help we are happy to book a quick call with you.
