Issues after publish

push notification has sent by bravo logo also i uploaded my own logo

some issues appear to me on arabic (RTL) devices 
preview didn't appear like figma design

it is not available in my country, I could not download it except to view it on bravo vision, the App has a joy Interface seen from Google play

inform the bravo support to help you solve the problem, because I cannot access the app, but if it is an interface problem optimize (text, icon, etc..) it in Figma  or the tool you use for the design so that it adapts to all screens. it is advisable to use intermediate screens allowing other screen models to adapt.

Hello! I notice that the two buttons are superimposed, What are the objectives of these buttons. how are they positioned in figma or Adobe XD

The menu displays when I click to select from the dropdown list
This is due to the design of Bravo, not mine, and I think that it occurs in right-to-left phones

@ Could you tell me how can i show my splash screen instead of bravo screen at the beginning of app? 
do you think i need to update app on play store of there are another solutions

you should upgrade to the Olé or pro plan or higher, if so you need to create splash screens in the app design using the splash tag

let the bravo team know if this is an issue at their level. However, a video capture of this part of the app will help to better understand the problem and see if any tips can partially solve the problem.

i already upgrade to ole and pro plan and create splash screen tag 
but till now bravo branding appear to me. 
note : i created it after publish do you think i new to update version on google

I understand better, update the App by requesting a new app package in bravo studio that will have to be relaunched in Google play console.

update in google play console with the new version and it will be fixed. make sure the splash tag is used in the design described in the doc.

Eman, is the Resala app available in Apple Store? You can doing an amazing job for the charity organisation.
