[Bug] Form inherits fields from a different form in the background

I have a list of items such as Item1, Item 2, Item 3, … Users can edit any of those items by clicking on the respective item.

Underneath each item I have different form input fields such as:

• Name

• price

• etc.

If a user edits the name field in Item 2, and later they open Item 1, and change the price there. Item 1 will strangely inherit the name of Item 2 when submitting the form. Item 2 displays the name correctly using the Form Initial Value Field, but after submitting, something strange happens in the background, as suddenly it changes to the name of Item 1.
