Checkbox Toggles in a form

Archived from the Bravo community forum (2021–2026). Some answers may refer to older versions of Bravo.

Does anyone have any good examples of setting up a checkbox/toggle in a form? I wish I could use the toggle like all other Input field components. This documentation example seems to stop short on the final database settings:

**Context:
**I want users to fill out a form at the end of an experience. "Did you enjoy today's exercise?"  Toggle: 👍

Because it's a form, I'm hoping I can simply post the data to my Airtable as a new entry (Ie. a form submission).

Issue:
All of the Toggle documentation seems to want me to Patch the state of the toggle and keep track of it? But because it's a form, I don't really want to constantly keep patching/updating the toggle.

Goal:

  • Create a container with a form.
  • Show a blank defaulted toggle.
  • Users can activate toggle.
  • Submit form (Post)
  • Final Toggle state is recorded in the backend.

Any tips would be greatly appreciated, Thanks!
