Choosing screen to show based on an API response

Archived from the Bravo community forum (2021–2026). Some answers may refer to older versions of Bravo.

I am trying to find how to choose which screen to display to user based on API response.
Using Search&Filter as an example, provided there are no cars in the database yet, I want to show a screen where users can add new data.

Hi Sergiy!

Could you explain us the app case in more detail? Visibility conditionals are not available in Bravo at the moment, but perhaps we can find a workaround!

I am trying to come up custom authentication against my own API.

Since I do not need to care about registration/reset password it should be relatively simple.

  1.  I can build a login screen and login API. Inputs are: login, password and device id.
  2. On main screen I can load user data based on device id.
  3. However, I do not want user to enter credentials every time. Can app "remember" that main screen should be shown on following starts?
Ideally, app sends request to server with device id to find out of user is authenticated and directs user to login or main screen.

hi everyone
I'm using a password reset endpoint using Postman, knowing that the email is in the database. Again, the email was not found?? How can I solve this problem ??
