Custom Authentication via Xano doesn't include "forgot password" solution

I believe you need to create a new screen where users can enter their new password.

Hey! Yes we've implemented that and it works, but the issue there is the reset password only works when your logged in and authenticated.

Options:
1) Magic link: That's why we were trying to do magic-link to send users an email with a Magic Token, that gets them authenticated into the app. And then... they can use the password reset page. But for some reason we hit a wall where when they click the magic link, the deep-link redirect doesn't work. Not sure if its a Bravo issue, or gmail security blocking the deep link.

2) Temporary password: We haven't tried to implement this yet, but I noticed Xano has a "random password generator". In theory it should be possible to automatically send users a temporary password to get them into the app (using sendgrid). And then let users use your Reset Password page.

3) Firebase: I think the most realistic option is switching over to Firebase. I'm a bit confused on the logic of using Custom Auth + firebase but I believe (?) they can work together... Then you could get "forget password" from firebase tools. As well as google login type things?

TLDR: But for now i'll just hope everyone remembers their password 🤞 I'm losing too much time on this issue at the moment. I'll wait till better documentation is out

You can't use both at the same time unfortunately. In Bravo Studio you can either select "custom" or Firebase.
