No response on mail from Bravo Studio Team

Did you try do generate the link by your self? On bravo channel there is a recent video showing how you can do it
I've followed the method as instructed by Bravo. I've sent a mail to the Bravo Team, they said they're working on a fix but it's been a month since then.
Im using hand made deep links and they work fine (checked right now) im not using the bravo deep link generator
Ahh okay, what service are you using for those deeplinks?
Just firebase and a scrpt and logic on airtable
