My go to Page of a certain screen stopped working an never sends the user to that screen anymore for some reason

Is it on some specific page (like login) or it is app wide? And by "go to page" you mean Form response actions?
I mean literally the "go to page" that is prompted after an [action:remote] button is triggered. In this case it is triggering a post request and won't work on any single page I'm selecting

- or Can you send your App ID? (Copy the Browser URL when been in the app screen page)
- Can you guide us step by step where is the specific issue?
- Is the issue happening to iOS or Android? or both?
