Having trouble with PATCH request (editing profile)

Archived from the Bravo community forum (2021–2026). Some answers may refer to older versions of Bravo.

Hi, I wrote my PATCH request up completely following this tutorial. Although my request passed the test, it cannot work when it is combined with the app

Can someone help me figure out what's going on with the PATCH request? Thank you!

"Email" : "${email}", not the - $"{user.email}

I tried that but it still failed. I feel the problem happened because element binding but I have no idea why it happened. I set the id variable name exactly the same as the one in GET request, but seems it cannot process correctly

It can be incompatibility between the type information you are sending and the type of airtable columns. Ex: you can not write a leter on a # airtable type columns. Try to make all airtable as A text columns.
