I've setup Custom Authentication using Xano for my project. Everything works fine so far from the basic aspect, like registration and login. But after a few days the page on which I'm displaying the User profile data doesn't load at all. If I check the API for the GET user data function, it says the token that I had put for the test value for _authorization has expired, so I have to add a new token from the Login API.
This is a painstaking process to do every time after the token expires, and moreover, all the existing logged in users are not logged out automatically and for these users the profile page continues to be in an infinite loading state.
What is the fix for this?
UPDATE: Now even Registration isn't working. It throws the error message: **Missing connecting the content destination for the from fields
**To add to this, if the wrong email ID or password is entered it doesn't show the messaging that I've set for errors. Not sure what has to be done to provide specific error messages to the user.

Hi ,
Xano's authentication tokens are set to automatically expire after 86,400 seconds (24 hours).
If you're on a paid plan, on the API settings you can set this to 604,800 (7 days) or just set to 0 if you want them to never expire.
(PS: for security reasons most authentication tokens automatically do expire unless otherwise changed)
And yes, I agree with you, it would be great if Bravo automatically logs out the user when the token is no longer valid so that they know they need to log back in.
Yes, I've switched it to a much higher value now. That part is alright.
Really need to know the solution for the account not logging out at the end of this period...if good UX is to be executed, the means to log out would be in the same place as Account details and this section just doesn't load once the token has expired.

No I haven't. Any authenticated screen will endlessly load and I wrote to Support on the same, waiting for their response. Maybe you could drop them an email as well.
Any updates on this? I'm having the same issue, not sure how to set this up because I am also getting the endless loading screen after login and trying to retreive any profile data.
Everything works fine when I test in Xano, and works fine in the Bravo tester when I use _authorization set to "token from user"
but endless loading if I try to display the results on any page ie Hello "username"

Bravo seems to have pushed a fix for this problem, mine automatically logs out once the token expires. Can you confirm it's okay from your end?
Yes, I should have come back to this, mine was configuration issues with my authentication.
