Hello,
I noticed something with my input field, even if I submit the form and go thourgh the post request, get redirected to a new page, if I go back to the initial form, input are still filled with the previous values.
Even if I put the refresh:always tag in the screen of my form, inputs still keep the same value.
Any idea ? Is that a bug ?

Strange, have you perhaps connected the input value to the API, like so?
If you don't want the inputs to show stored data, just bind the input destination and leave the value blank.
