Is it possible with Bravo?

Archived from the Bravo community forum (2021–2026). Some answers may refer to older versions of Bravo.

Hi there! I want to build a Quizz app with gamification. But now I have a website build with Postgres SQL DB. I would like to know if I can use the same data base to build my app with Bravo.

Thanks in advance!

you can use any database or backend the important is that is serving the app through an API

Hey Juan, Bravo can connect with any REST API, so as long as your database provides one, you will be able to build your app.

Awesome, thanks a lot! I'm new here. So I wouldn't have any problem to create any gamification app with the new conditionals feature, right?

Well I'd say it is possible, but we would need more details to know if it's viable and find possible alternatives for the things that might not be doable.

I'd recommend you to start with a very short version of the app, maybe just a couple of screens with some q&a and see what issues you got. Then you would have a much realistic idea.

It could be nice you share your progress here with the community!
