I can't figure out why some of my list doesn't show entirely.
Is there a maximum number of record that can appears when i call a list of elements?

I think by default is 100 records. Try to increase the value.
First, check your API call. If you did a copy/paste from Airtable API doc, the number of records is 3 by default.
Then, as said, there’s an API limit of 100 when downloading your list items. I already asked Bravo Team for a solution for that and they are thinking about a possible workaround or solution 😊

That is the limit airtable creates. I recommend you taking a look on pagination
