JWT SSO

Archived from the Bravo community forum (2021–2026). Some answers may refer to older versions of Bravo.

Hey everyone,

I saw that it is possible to embed another website to my app but if my other website requires a login, is it possible to connect it to my bravo app without forcing the user to sign in twice?
I understood that other platforms give JWT SSO option, what about bravo studio?

Your user would have to log in again, unfortunately. There is currently no secure way around it when using the webview tag

thank you for this answer.
Do you know if it is possible to do that with aws Cognito?
Basically, I just need a pass a user customized HTTP address to my webview tag. Log in again is a terrible UX 😔

The only way I know of passing data to the webview would be through URL parameters which I wouldn't recommend because of login credentials in clear text. Maybe someone from the team has another idea?
