My list is working as expected but it seems to keep showing the placeholder [container] card every-time i post a new item

Did you bind the data to the image rectangle
Make sure you bind the container with your get list request by choosing "records". Then you'll be able to bind child elements with the list data you chose in your request.
Hi , make sure you don't have any blank rows in your database, that's usually the reason why the placeholder appears in a list
