Menu:slide API

Archived from the Bravo community forum (2021–2026). Some answers may refer to older versions of Bravo.

Can i connect API to menu:slide. For example: When the menu opens, I want a greeting at the top like "Hallo," and the name account get from API  "Kristian". Is there a way to read the API or not at the moment?
Thanks!

You can data-bind text from an api call on any view including the menu I believe. The tag [menu:slide] plays the role of a specific transition more than a different view type. Did you try before posting? Cheers

Yes sir. I tried. When I connected things in API CONECTION in Bravo I got an error that I could not see and write in time. She came out only once. After binding, I saw in the application that it does not read the API response. I decided to write here because I don't know it's not a function or it's just a bug.
Cheers
