OneSignal issue - No recipients found

Did you subscribe yourself? Can you see number 1 active on the dashboard?
A point, this just works once the version you did is live on App Store, at least for all my projects, not even on TestFlight it did work.

yes I subscribed on 3 different accounts and devices. Not even 1 subscriber.
My app is live so this has to work 🤷🏼‍♂️

it doesn’t show the subscriber on the dashboard? What’s the name of the app? I have a project with the same problem can get more info if there others having the same issue.

on Bravo it’s called MSC.

Yes, the total users are now 0, and you h e subscribed and accepted it 3 times right? So, you are having the same bug I found too :/ and the team will find solution for that soon, I am sure :)))

Last night o try it and still not working but before sending the mail i past again the KEY and One Signal ID on Bravo and it start working!! But its a bit confusing.. after uou paste the One Signal Key and Id, you save and bravo let you know with a green alert that data was saved with success. But later when you came back to the sane page, all the fields are empty. In the past this happen and one signal was nit wirking, but now it still doing that but one signal is working.
It would be nice and less confusing if something was visible all the time.
 do you know if the bravo logo that pops up on the left side of the app name on the mobile push notification is replacable with the Bravisimo Plan or its possible to replace it in the olé plan? Thanks in advance.

I uploaded a new build anyways and the only subscriber I have now is the tester from Apple 😂 (build not validated yet)

Once my build will be validated, I will update you if other subscribers are well registered and if it works.
