Hello. This is my first post. I am creating an iOS app with Xano on the back end. The app allows users to view, add and edit Xano records which include text fields, image fields, and numeric fields. I have two different forms for adding and editing. This error is now happening on both forms when I try to bind any form fields to the Xano “Post API fields”. I have successfully bound many of the fields but now some fields wont bind and revert back after I select the API field in the drop down on the right.
Is there a maximum number of fields allowed on a form? I have 35 fields and a set of 53 binary toggle buttons on the field which is 88 fields in total.
When binding form fields on my Add Record or Edit Record page, I get a various errors and the form field does not stay bound to the API field. The errors I get slide in on the top right corner of Bravo Studio. See Screenshots. They dont pop up immediately, and sometimes different errors come or only on of them does. This has been an issue for over a week. Here are the 3 types of errors I get…
Saving Error - Could not save the binding. Please reload the page and try again #409
Server Error - Trouble reaching Bravo servers. Try again. If persist contact support.
500-Internal Server Error - We encountered an issue with our API server.
Sometimes if I log out of Bravo Studio, and then log in again the bindings I just completed have saved and other times they have not. See the “Element Binding” screenshot where the bottom right now says “none” although I had selected “description” from the available post API fields previously.
I have tried different browsers. I am using Chrome on a MacBook. Also, I cleared the browser cache in case that was the issue.
Thanks for any suggestions or help on these errors!
