I successfully configured android, ios and deeplink settings, but it still shows validation error. Does anyone know how to deal with this issue? Thanks a lot!

Can you please confirm if you're trying to create a Live app deep link or create Bravo Vision deep link?
For the live app, please make sure that the google-services.json and the Google Service-Info.plist files contains the app's package name:
For Android:
For IOS:

Hi Marielle, Thanks for the reply! The google-services.json and the Google Service-Info.plist files I uploaded does contain the app's package name, but it still doesn't work...
