Archived from the Bravo community forum (2021–2026). Some answers may refer to older versions of Bravo.

Are those changes going to affect the Bravo Studio app's!!!???

Yes. You need to upload your attachments somewhere else. From what I gather AirTable doesn't want to be used as a data storage or a backend.

AirTable also has inherent scalability flaws like API rate limits of 5 API calls per second which can crash your app if too many people use it at once.

Once you're done prototyping it might make sense to shift to a different backend.

What budget-friendly data storage options would be recommended for an app that is storing user-uploaded audio and video? Any workflows that you all would recommend, i.e. Bravo Studio triggers YouTube upload --> URL is created --> media can be accessed within Bravo app?

From what I understand, Airtable would work fine to store the URLs for the media, but there are inherent data storage limitations for Airtable.
