View only user data on a List page

I have already sheets with the user detalis and for each month a link of the payments this because I am using already a ERP for my dance school.

So basically I need only to link this details with the list page (invoice)

So then user experience will be

👉 I log into my personal App

👉 Check event , competitions etc…

👉 on the invoices page check all my payments showed on a list where for each one I can download the invoice or Print it

The link show the invoice that after they can print or however

My question is

How it works with bravo when I want to show only the list of that user ???

and if I have already collect all the users information email etc….. do I still need to use Firebase ?

👉 Logging into the personal app: We can implement this without necessarily using Firebase. Is there a specific reason not to use Firebase? A form page can be created to enter the information.

Checking events, competitions, etc.: Let's simply sync the list and details page based on the Figma or Adobe XD design in place.

👉 On the invoices page, checking payments: A personalized link from your client management system, linked to each specific user recorded from your ERP. Access would be unique for each identified user, all within a webview.

For instance, the creation of a notepad is directly linked to the user, and only that user will see the entered information. However, this requires the use of a unique identifier assigned to the user. In your case, it's not the user entering this information directly but rather linked to a subscription or other sources. The goal is to allow the user to view all this information through the service's application, thanks to their unique identifier created during registration. Thus, from their space, they can see dance classes (possibly with presentation videos and prices), other ongoing events, their billing page, and other data related to their account.

For Firebase, Not necessarily, unless you want to have a login page and perhaps other advanced features that Firebase can provide.

So if I understood

Just create firebase system login

I add manually all the users (email and password) And connect to the airtable database

Once I done this I mange the pages base to the ID of each clients (this part I still don’t know how to do it but I am sure there will be some tutorial for that )

So basically I did like this

I made login system with firebase (I will add manually all my clients)

After to show only the invoices belonging to the mail.id i made a details page base on the mail Id

Because this detail page is not straight away after the login before to enter on that page I ask clients to insert again the email for security reason

This because variable don’t recognises data if there are other data in between

So do you think this work well ???

If it doesn't seem redundant in use, I believe it should be satisfactory. First and foremost, conduct the test yourself as a user to verify its proper functioning. Additionally, have the system tested by other individuals, preferably through Bravo Vision, to gather their feedback.
