I got a debug file, ran it and it showed an error "ERR_CLEARTEXT_NOT_PERMITTED"
I found a sulution online but it didn't work because the "Android_manifesto.xml" is encoded in some weird encode which none of my IDE could detect
How could I fix it?

i found the problem - that was because of "http:" link
