What's the difference between "page" "offset" and ""seek"?

Hello,
I read this article https://docs.bravostudio.app/integrations/pagination about the pagination, but I can't understand clearly what's the difference between "page" "offset" and "seek"? I also downloaded the file Adobe XD, I tried to binding with bravo studio, but I found a bug in the test called :Bravo sample - Travel app 2, the item is linked to detail page doesn’t match with the right item, for example when I click to the " Surf School " in the list page, it shows "Snorkeling in Blue Lagoon"in the detail page. I don’t know where is the problem ? Can you Help me please to solve this issue? THANKS A LOT !

Hi ,

The different pagination types depend on how the backend API implemenets pagination. It's not something you can "choose" as a Bravo user. Instead, you need to check the API documentation and see how they implement it, to choose the appropriate method in Bravo. Is there any particular backend tool you're working with?

Regarding the binding issue, we fixed a small bug some days ago, and it should work properly now. Let us know if you still have issues with that.

Hello !
Each API provider could have its own way to do the pagination into their content.
For example, Airtable uses the "Seek" type, Facebook and Webflow could use the "offset" type, or WordPress will use the "page" type.
This means that in the API documentation of the provider you are using, should have the specification to know which type you should be using.
