Can anyone help me and tell me why apple refused the app?

Here, they just said they are busy and will get back to you soon.
, In the state it says it was refused
so, you will have to wait for them to get back to you with the reason, they can’t do it at the moment and they will get back to you shortly.
If you didnt add a password, then it rejects you
Did they get back to you with the reason or did it work?
I got the answer after almost 1 month waiting, the feedback takes a long time.
sometimes it does, could you make the changes and publish it after all?
