the problem is at the security level, it will be necessary to inform the way in which you collect and share the data.

First access the Google play console, the dashboard of the application concerned, in the left menu at the bottom in rules and program,

click on application content, you scroll the one on the right to click on Data Security, you fill in the security according to the data concerned if you need help at this level I will be able to help you.

after accessing data security by clicking on manage, you do the following

2- Data collection and security
At this level you say yes everywhere except if one is not concerned but I would advise you to put "yes"

3- Types of data

*Location
check mark approximate position

Personal informations
Name, Email address, etc...

in summary, you check the items concerned by your App.

4- Use and processing of data
for everything that was checked previously, at this level if, you check:
 
- "collected",

- "yes", the data collected is processed in an ephemeral manner"

- "Data collection is required (users cannot disable this collection)"

- "How the app works"

- "Analysis"

- "Communication from the developer"

- "Fraud prevention, security and compliance"

- "Account management"

After doing this you click on next and to finish by clicking on the preview, then you redo examine your app so that it is validated
