Google Play Console Error: "App does not support 16 KB page sizes

4 years loyal costumer and no there is no customer service no one to help fix this issue, this is getting scary

I have the same problem as you, and I’ve sent a mail to : [[email removed]](mailto:[email removed]) to ask an extension until May 31st 2026 to update the memory to 16Ko.

@Manzul Akhmedov Thank you so much! i did send a message however and received a none reply message that i needed to go to general help area which is like a click menu and when I click on the closes posible problem the system does not let me advance. any other suggestion is welcome thank you again for your time

Before filling out a support request form, do you see anything on the following page:
Google Play Console / Monitor and improve / Policy compliance?
If there is nothing there, then you can do the following:

What I personally did:
In the Google Play Console, I went to the Help section.
I created a support request.
Under Topic, I selected “Other” → “I need help with an issue” → “Category: Other” → “Digital Markets Act: No.”

I described the problem as follows:

I am requesting an extension to comply with the 16KB memory page size requirement.

My app was built using a third-party platform (Bravo Studio), which currently does not yet support this requirement. I am actively working with them to ensure compliance as soon as possible.

I kindly request an extension of the deadline for my app until May 31, 2026.
