Hi,

I have publication issues for IPA.
Could you help me ? I’ve done everything as it seems but can’t have the reason why it’s not published.

I’m a paid user but I couldn’t find your “ticketing tool”…
I’ve send an support email but all the time I’m oriented to the community center.

How do I reach the ticketing center ?
Can a bravo team member help me publish my app on AppStore ?

Hey Cyril, probably is related to the files you’re uploading for signing, and usually it is the certificate, probably is not generated correctly.

Use a MacOS computer, then open Keychain Access app and be sure that when you export the certificate from the Keychain, it is folded (with the small grey arrow pointing to the right, check screenshot

), so the key inside is not visible. That should export correctly the p12 file.

Once you export it, you can try in another computer for example if double clicking in the p12 and typing the password install correctly the certificate.

To report an issue or raise an inquiry about your project, please follow these steps:

Log in to our platform with your Bravo.
Click on the rounded blue button located at the bottom right of the page.
Select "Ask a question" and then, choose "Report an issue".

Thank you for your replies both of you.

@Pau I’m pretty sure, you adress the issue correctly. I’ll try to solve it that way. Not using a Mac and having a bad certificate is probably the main issue I’m facing.

@Marielle Ibias Right thanks, I’ll use it if I have another problem.
