Hi guys, great to see that there is finally a slider control available but unfortunately it falls short of expectation!!!
The UX around this component is lacking some critical features. Slider controls work best when the user has feedback on where the slider is in the scale and can see the value incrementing or decrementing as they move the slider.
Also the ability to snap the slider to interval points makes it easier for the user to quickly select the right value and the option to press on the left and right handside of a slider to increment and decrement the value by each interval.
These enhancements would make this component alot more useful.
