Hi guys, I'm trying to generate a new AAB of my project, the screen loads but I don't receive any communication in my email, is there a problem?

Hey , it might take some time to receive the email. If you still didn't receive it, please send me your email address and Bravo app ID and I will take a look at it
I waited and didn't receive, today I tried again and the same problem happened, follow the information

I just checked and there is no build request made today for that app nor with that email. Are you using a different email account to log in, or maybe the app id is a different one? In Bravo Studio, do you see any error message at all when requesting the build?
I have my account that I always used.
When I go to Get Publishable AAB, this request appears and in 2 seconds the loading appears, the loading stays 1 second and disappears from the screen, and I don't receive anything in my email
Somehow, your builds are actually not being triggered...we are looking into it right now. Will keep you updated!

the issue was that you exceeded the weekly build quota for your plan. Since you helped us find a bug (because a message should have been displayed informing about that), I have increased your build limit for all the hassle 😉 Give it another try, you should be able to get your build now!
