Hello everyone !
I have a problem while trying to publish my app. You will find attached the message from apple.
The thing is : I don't want the audio to play in the background, and I don't use the [audio:background] tag.
Another problem with the audio is that the audio does not stop playing when I change the page in my app. It plays in the background while I'm in the app.
I would like the audio to stop playing when I quit the player page.
I tried to contact the bravo team via email but they don’t respond since July, 7… though I have the Olé Plan and the Pro upgrade on the pro upgrade on the app.
I don’t know what to do because it seems like I can’t solve this problem by myself (I didn’t add this code and I don’t know what it is) and my app is done but can not be published…
Looking forward for some help

Hi , the publication issue should be fixed. You need to request a new build and publish again, and you should not get that message from Apple

Hello I’m sorry to bother you again with my problem but the issue has not been fixed.
I have requested a new build yesterday, and resend it for verification to Apple and they send me the same message that before (see attachment).
Do you have an idea how to fix the problem ?

Hey Nico, here Pau from Bravo team.
I reviewed the logs and the latest build didn't have the background audio included, should be the 1.0 build number 7.
Could you double check that was the build you sent to review? Or maybe Apple didn't checked correctly. But there's no background audio setting.

I had an error when I uploaded the ipa with transporter due to a connexion problem. I will reupload it to be sure.
