Removal from Playstore - PLEASE HELP

Archived from the Bravo community forum (2021–2026). Some answers may refer to older versions of Bravo.

Hi all,

we need your help. Out App has been removed from the Google Playstore because of violations to Google’s policy. The following policy message is displayed in the playstore developer forum:

“Your app uploads user Image data without adequate in-app disclosure and consent.”

What I’ve verified so far

  • No image-related tags in Figma – I searched the entire file for
[component:input-image], [action:camera], [action:upload], :image, :camera, etc. Nothing found.

  • Latest Android build (VersionCode 6) still contains

Can you please help me how to proceed and how to re-upload my App to the Play-Store? I dont know what to write here (see screenshot below) because we do not use any photo or camera data. Please help. I do not have any issue with the Apple Store.

It does not meter if you are uploadind or colecting user image. The fuction its on bravo app frame by defsult and you have to say “yes” to this on google plicy and users therms

google have recently changed the permission around this, you shouldn’t need this permission depending on the features you are using. as pedro says its worth trying to do a new build as some recent code changes have meant this can be avoided.
