Hi, I would like to share my project with another developer, so that we can work together building on it, I can't find a way to do that on Bravo, is that even allowed?

You will have to share your access.
And you can develop your proposal in the right topic which is Bravo Buddy

You can also add an additional email to your account. That way you could log in the other developer through their Google Account without sharing your own password

Go to your account by clicking on the profile icon. Then add the new one
It's not ideal because you need access to the dev's account but it works
