I'm not sure why this doesn't download. The file itself after I download from the email shows me an error message which I ignored then the transporter had issue downloading it as well. What do I do? How can I fix this?

This file os for you to Zend to App Store over AppStore Connect or Transporter App, you can’t install it directly.
You need to have the app registered on the other side as well, with the existing app waiting for the file on AppStore Connect.
I did register the app. I followed until the upload screenshots section of this video https://docs.bravostudio.app/bravo-studio-help-center/app-publication/publishing-your-app/ios-publication-complete-process Did I miss something?
