Unified Form for Multiple Operations

Hello..!!

Is it possible to use a single form for both creating and editing an appointment, given that they require different HTTP methods (POST for create and PATCH for update)? I'm unsure how to bind both request types to one form.

Hi Raj, I don’t know if I understand, but post it’s only use when you need to create a new appointment, once created, you will be able to modify it, there’s where u use PATCH. I don’t know if works for you but you could create the form, then, the after-sending action could be a page to show the new appointments, once there, you could give them the option to modify the new appointment created.
