How should I change the Play Store URL for the app and the package name while accounting for all the configuration changes in Firebase.

Once the app is uploaded in Google Play, the package name cannot be changed. You'll have to request a new build with a new package name and publish it.
I've requested a new build with a new package name already. Where and how do I upload this?
