It looks like my application is somehow unstable. The backend looks like is working properly, but when I use the app, I got the expected behaviour often interrupted by weird error messages.

Did you ever experience something similar?
One of the issues it could be is that I'm still using a couple of API calls that are public while most of them are authenticated, and in one screen I need to use the API calls from two different BRavo collections, if I try to use the identical API call that I have stored i the same collections of the others calls the page doesn't open at all.
At least now works... sometimes.. 2/3

So you have an issue with your remote action but only sometimes? What's the setup for that? Do you have any changing data like variables?
you are getting a 429 error, which means "Too many requests". Your API has some kind of rate-limiting and that's why it's failing
