Action: Firebase Delete Account?

Archived from the Bravo community forum (2021–2026). Some answers may refer to older versions of Bravo.

Quick Question 💬

I'm building out a settings page now.

I'm using Firebase as my database and was able to successfully configure the "Log Out" with the [action:logout:firebase] action. Is there a similar action for "Delete Account."

I'm able to manually delete within Firebase. Just looking to see if there's a way to do this automatically.

Hi ,

We don't have a firebase delete action at the moment, but we'll note down your interest for it :)

Thank you everyone for the help!

It looks like this isn't a feature yet, but we found an interesting workaround that I'll share in case anyone is interested.

Alternatively, we ended up creating a Typeform that is linked within the app that sends us a notification to manually delete the user from our database.

In Figma, I then used the tag [action:openurl: ...] which ended up being a super smooth process.

It also gives us an opportunity to learn why someone wants to delete their account so we can learn more and improve moving forward.

Here's the logic for the Typeform:
