Hey, the team must be very busy they usually reply quickly. The splash screen stays until you get the highest-level subscription I believe.
No, only free plans have bravo branding. solo pro. in the first time it was showing my logo but recently disapeared after an update. anyways i just sent my second email let's see... Thanks
my question is why i am paying 38 euro each month if bravo logo is in my app??? i got headache of this and they never reply my emails... made me crazy seriosly. Bravo should seriously look into customer's complaints.....

Quick question, Did you design the splash screen after getting the App bundle? Just to remind that the icon and the splash screen do not update automatically if you edit them after requesting the build. Get a new build to see if this is still happening, if so then it's an issue from our side.
Marta Serrano, No already i have requested almost five updates with a same splash screen and all of the updates have same bravo studio splash screen.
all of these updates are same nothing is changing.

I also am waiting for this issue to be solved. One of my apps is presenting the same problem also just in the last weeks.
