Id wanted to design an stopwatch but im not sure if from bravo I can implement that math it requires.

You can do it using web view

That functionality is not natively supported but as Valter indicates you can design it externally and can preview it in your Bravo app with the Web view component.
However, if I import it as an animation from figma could later publish it in my app?
You can do that but with an animation/GIF you might not be able to give it its functionality. Or what do you mean with animation? You can test it with Bravo Vision and later on publish your live app.
