Input form doesn't reset after submitting

Hello, I'm making a social media app that has a four part form for creating posts. However, after submitting the form, if you tap the create a new post buttoning the navigation, it navigates to the fourth screen in the form, rather than the first one, and every input field is still filled in with the previous post's data. Any ideas on how to fix this?

Basically the solution is this: I made the navigation tabs button for creating a post open a modal page when tapped (I did this in Figma with the prototyping tab). This modal is just a big button asking users if they would like to create a post. That big button is a remote action linked to a GET request which requires no inputs and retrieves no information; it's just a placeholder so I could use the action response functionality in bravo studio. I then made the remote action response be to navigate to the first page of the create a new post form. This solved the reset issue.

I hope this information will be helpful in case anybody else is ever dealing with the same issue.
