Every time i try to create a sticky element with the [layer]-tag, it either disappears entirely or shows up in a random place incredibly shrinked. i don't know what to do anymore. it's such an important element and i have followed the documentation closely

I have raised the same issue to Bravo team. They are on it.
Good to know, that i am not the only one! i felt like i was going crazy for not getting such a simple function to work 🙂

i got the same issue, it's positioned in a completely different place and the size is also weird... i guess it's some bug

Oh wow. I think I've found the Solution for myself.
So far i have no answer from bravo, but i made it work by fixing the layers in figma.
On the right side in the constraints section, is a button ''fix position on screen'', which marks the selected as layers as fixed, while the rest in that page is marked as scrollable. This needs to be done + the [layer] Tag and it works just fine.
very easy fix and probably how it is intended to use. The documentation on the [layer] function should be updated asap, as i think there must be lots of people running into that problem, because it's not written out in the documentation.

Sadly that solution didn't work for me. [layer] works correctly on iOS but broken on Android
