Menu Tags with variants - states are not updating

The Figma actions does not work on Bravo. For default and active status use the Bravo tags. You gave a figma file on Bravo samples showing the 2 ways (figma actions and bravo tags) to setup this.

I think what  meant was that the variant version of component states in Bravo doesn't work as described in the tutorial. I've actually tried to implement it yesterday as well and no matter what I did, it didn't work, so I had to use the 2nd way (state set) instead.

Okay, then if this doesn’t work… how would it work otherwise? 🙁

in the Figma demo, there are two methods mentioned - variants and state sets. The state sets technique works, I have it in my app.

To get variant working on the tab menu but not within the pages, go to  video on Youtube and use her files.  https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=nFscch0WDa8&t=1193s particularly at 16:00 will be helpful.

Figma variants for states are no longer working for me either. This is a bit of a pain since it did work previously. Does anybody know if there are plans to support this again. As stated above it doesn't even work in the Bravo supplied tutorial (only the Bravo tag version works), but that will mean a refactor for those of us that used variants in our files.

Any updates on this matter? In Figma, I've used so many variants for many buttons and components. It's a headache thinking I have to redo all of them to make them operate in Bravo. I've tried the various tutorials for menu states and they aren't working.
