New push notification tag not working

Archived from the Bravo community forum (2021–2026). Some answers may refer to older versions of Bravo.

Hey, I just added the new push notification tag to the design [require:notifications] and uploaded the new build to Appstore. However, it still doesn’t trigger anything when opening that page? Why is that? It says it is supported in final apps, this is a final app, what seams to be the issue here?

Best regards,

Kaspars

Hey @Kaspars 👋, could it be that the app was already installed and the notifications were already accepted? I’d suggest uninstalling the app, and test after installing the app again.

Hi, thank you @Marielle Ibias

That’s what i thought too, and i reinstalled the app. However the trigger for push notifications does not work. I currently have it on the home page when opening up the app, could that be the problem? Does it not work on the homescreen maybe? Or should it be on any other screen but the homescreen? 😊

Thanks for your reply! It can be added in any top-level app page, home screen included. Can you share how its added? And which device are you using, IOS or Android?
