Setting Up A Calendar

Hey curious if you finally found a solution for this problem and resolved it. I have a similar challenge.

I used https://cloud.google.com/ to set up the google cal API and you can find videos on how to set it up on Youtube. I could not however find a way to create a dynamic endpoint URL that I could integrate into airtable.

I tried using the calendar table in Airtable. The problem was that when embed in a webview and viewed on mobile you have to scroll horizontally and can't view the entire calendar all at once.

Another solutions I found via Chat GPT included FullCalendar.io. Unfortunately, installing that was out my skill set. Maybe it will work for you. If it does let me know.

I ended up using a work around in Airtable for my problem by using start and end date formulas and binding those to my figma design.

For start date: DATETIME_FORMAT(SET_TIMEZONE(CREATED_TIME(), 'America/Los_Angeles'), 'MM/DD/YYYY')

For end date: IF(

  {TimeFrame} = 'Week',

  DATETIME_FORMAT(DATEADD({Start Date}, 7, 'days'), 'MM/DD/YYYY'),

    DATETIME_FORMAT(DATEADD({Start Date}, 1, 'months'), 'MM/DD/YYYY'),

Hope this helps.

Last thing the work around did not create a calendar. But took the date they created the assignment and looked at if it should take a week or month and set the appropriate end date.
