Tag help - [action:goto]

Archived from the Bravo community forum (2021–2026). Some answers may refer to older versions of Bravo.

Does the [action:goto] tag work?

How do you use it? Can it point to a page in your app?

(Is there a way to go directly to a page in your app without linking it via Figma’s prototyping interactions?)

Hi Alex,

Thanks for your reply. That ‘go to page’ response is a redirect after the UI element has executed an API request.

Is there a way of linking a UI element directly to a page , but you don't yet know which page until you receive a variable from an API request? (Hence why we can't simply hard link the UI element using Figmas interaction lines).

Basically, a button with a dynamic link, with it's page destination determined only by a variable.

Yes you can use [action:remote] that way. Look at the conditional logic in the documentation
