How can we resolve this?
The issue is that when the screen is made scrollable, if you scroll down the page, it bounces and reveals a bug at the top of the page. Please see screenshot below for error:
It should simply appear as this even scrolling up and down:

Pretty sure this is the result of a wrong container setup. Please refer to the container tutorial or "fixing visual bugs part 1"
