The problem is that this text has been used throughout our application and on two specific modal/pop-up pages the text is appearing as the photo shows below:
We cannot go with the flatten text hack as this text is variable, any solutions to this issue?

So the same font weight and style are supported in other parts of the app? Just the modals aren't working? Usually this should only happen if you haven't uploaded this specific weight/style combination for your font
