Are you a calisthenics coach sitting on a goldmine of training videos, workout routines, and fitness knowledge but still haven’t launched your own app? With the latest tools like Stitch by Google, Bravo Studio, and zero-code backend integrations, creating your own branded mobile app is now easier (and faster) than ever.
In this blog post, we’ll walk you through how we built a fully functional calisthenics coaching app from scratch — no developers required.
We began by using Stitch by Google — a free AI-powered UI design tool.
We simply prompted Stitch with: "Create a fitness app for a calisthenics coach with welcome screen, login, video library, and featured workouts."
Within seconds, Stitch delivered a clean, modern app layout perfect for showcasing our training content.
We exported the Stitch-generated design to Figma, giving us full creative control to refine typography, colors, and layout.
We also created a custom app icon to brand the app professionally. This is your chance to personalize your design and align it with your existing social channels or brand identity.
Next, we used the Bravo Studio Figma Plugin to structure our app with the necessary Bravo Tags — like marking login screens, navigation, and content containers.
We linked all screens with Figma prototyping so Bravo understands the intended user flow.
Once tagged and prototyped, we imported our Figma file to Bravo Studio. Instantly, our static design transformed into a fully functional iOS and Android app.
We previewed it on our phone using Bravo Vision — the perfect way to test layout and functionality.
To deliver our calisthenics training videos, we embedded a custom video player via Bravo’s Web View tag.
This video player pulls content from a hosted video library (YouTube, Vimeo, or private URLs), allowing users to watch workouts right inside the app.
Using Bravo’s external OAuth snippet and a Xano backend, we implemented secure user login with Kinde.
Now only registered (or paying) users can access premium content.
With Bravo Studio’s Xano snippet, we built backend logic for handling user data, workouts, and content access — all in a visual, no-code way.
No database configuration or custom endpoints needed.
Want to turn your content into income?
With integrations like RevenueCat or Kinde’s billing features, you can easily add subscriptions or in-app purchases to your fitness app.
Nope! With Bravo Studio, Stitch by Google, and integrations like Xano and Kinde, you can build and publish your app without writing a single line of code.
Absolutely. You can host your video content on YouTube, Vimeo, or your own platform, then embed them using Bravo Studio’s Web View component.
Yes! You can monetize your app using integrations like RevenueCat or Kinde Billing to offer paid subscriptions, in-app purchases, or gated premium content.
Using secure authentication powered by Kinde and Bravo Studio’s OAuth integration with Xano, your users can sign in to access exclusive content.
Yes. Bravo Studio apps are fully compatible with both iOS and Android app stores, and Bravo guides you through the publishing process.
Definitely. Any design changes made in Figma can be pushed live through Bravo without requiring app resubmission to the stores — making updates fast and seamless.
In just a few hours, we built a professional, scalable calisthenics coaching app that could serve clients globally, offer exclusive content, and even generate recurring revenue.
Whether you’re a fitness instructor, personal trainer, or content creator — Bravo Studio empowers you to own your audience and scale your business, no code needed.
